  13. It is still the Henry Cooper- Ali, bout, watch the clock , he was out, and the count was bent as a nine bob note, by any standards I know of, use a stopwatch, and check it out yourself, Henry was robbed !!!!!..............

  14. james irvin on houston alexander, tied world record for 8 seconds...superman punch...devastating...

(sorry it was in the UFC)

  15. Kostya Tzsu ko's Zab Judah, watch him do the chicken dance, funny as f**k!

  16. Nobody could bust heads like Mike Tyson, but the coolest knockout I ever saw was Muhammad Ali knock out George Foreman in the famous "Rumble in the Jungle" bout in Zaire, Africa.

Ali played rope-a-dope against the ropes for most of the fight and let Foreman punch himself out.  In round 8, Ali went to work like a matador on a bull.  His last left-right combo left Foreman reeling like a drunk and Ali watched Foreman stumble around and collapse to the canvas a few seconds later.  It was a masterpiece.

The funniest knockout I ever saw was in the Kostya Tszyu  v. Zab Judah fight.  Guess who ends up doing the chicken dance?

  17. I cannot honestly name one that is better than all of them, so I have a list of some of my favorites:

    Joe Louis vs Paulino Uzkedun

Rocky Marciano vs Jersey Joe Walcott 2

    Thomas Hearns vs Roberto Duran

Sugar Ray Robinson vs Gene Fullmer 2

Floyd Patterson vs Ingemar Johansson 2

Tony Zale vs Rocky Graziano 3

    Bob Foster vs Mike Quarry

    Thomas Hearns vs Pipino Cuevas

  18. Mike Tyson to Michael Spinks

  19. lupe pintor vs johnny owens, you can watch this on faces of death...the former mexican champ pintor landed a deadly right hook to englands former champ johnny owens...ppl were talking smack especially the brits were saying owens was gonna own that mexican...and what happened is everybody was surprised after pintor killed owens!

  20. Gotta go with the devastating knockout that Mike Weaver put on Big John Tate for the heavyweight title back in 1980.  Big John was decisively whupping up on Mike Weaver for fourteen rounds when then tank showed "E" and Mike Weaver connected with an uppercut with such power, Big John was essentially "knocked out" for the rest of his life.  He fell like a tree and never recovered from the punch; developed health problems from it that eventually led to his death in 1998.

This one punch ended a promising boxing career of an Olympic gold medalist and heavyweight boxing champ.

Sorry I don't have any footage.  It shouldn't be too hard to find.

you really can only do this sort of thing if you are the best.

  22. Id have to say Julian Jackson vs Herol Graham.

Graham was in a different class, and was totally destroyong Jackson...then he became overconfident and just walked smack into a huge shot.

Tony Sibson koing Alan Minter was similar.

  23. Here are some of my favorites.

Rocky Marciano KO Joe Walcott(1st Fight) - a short and sweet right hand on the button.  Walcott just slumped against the ropes and Rocky toppled him forward with a love-tap left hook

Ray Robinson KO GeneFulmer (2nd Fight) - moving backward, Robinson just stopped and uncoiled a jolting left hook that flattened Fulmer.

Bob Foster KO Mike Quarry - they both threw left hooks and Foster's landed, dropping Quarry flat on his back where he remained unconscious for a few minutes

Vincent Pettway KO Simon Brown - Brown was flat on his back unconscious and instinctively throwing punches while lying there

Ray Mercer KO Tommy Morrison - Mercer lived up to his "Merciless" nickname, hammering Morrison against the ropes with a series of flush shots.  Morrison was sitting on his stool trying to bob and weave.

Kelly Pavlik KO Zertuche - Zertuche had never been down before this fight.  Pavlik finished him with a right hand that Zertuche was frozen unconscious  before he hit the canvas.

Antonio Margarito KO Cintron (2nd fight) - Vicious body shot.  It hurts me just to watch it!

Roberto Duran KO Lampkin - Devastating left hook sent Lampkin right to the hospital.  Duran said if he was in shape, Lampkin would have been going to the morgue.

Wilfred Benetiz KO Hope - Not known as a puncher, Benetiz ended this fight with a beautiful overhand right sending Hope to the canvas and several of his teeth to the audience.
