I have hard stiff and a little oily hair and rough but what i WAnT is something that can make my hair super SMOOTH and not stiff . Relaxed , cool , clean, fresh,soft, sleek HAIR

Any recomodation

Biosilk.  It's a bit expensive, but it lasts a real long time.
