Best liquid eyeliner?

i need a good one ! every eyeliner ive used just doesnt cut it for me. i also love the felt tip one.

urban decay's liquid eyeliner comes in about 10-12 shades plenty of colours and is water-proof,smudge proof and stay proof!!

make sure you use urban decay's primer beforehand for extra vibrant,lasting liner!

Loreal.. bare essential.. eye liners works great... i have tried like 100 eye liners... but none of them worked well for me.. thn i tried loreal bare essential eye liners they are the bomb!!

Covergirl line exact is awesome. Its so easy to draw a perfect line and make a look simple or dramatic.

i use this kind its called....remmel london proffessional eyeliner.

its not waterproof but it is really easy to put on =]

use the eyeliner that is int he plastic tube you can get it a wal-mart, kroger ect.

As a essential eyeliner wearer..i would definatrely say GOSH cosmetics make the BEST eyeliners.

Their liquid eyeliners come in a variety of colours and are bold and beautiful.

or i would reccomend using gel eyeliners that you apply. There more exact and easier to use
