Last time we went, we went to TGI Fridays. This time I'd like to try some local places. I saw some "catch of the day" places up closer to Lake Erie and it intrigues me. Unfortunately I am allergic to seafood, though.. =(

  1. People have said that they like Chet and Matt's Pizza. http://national.citysearch.com/profile/8...

They used to have this deal that if you ate a gigantic pizza that you will get the pizza free. However, it's huge, and hardly anyone eats it.

They USED to have a Ponderosa there, but it's gone. I know there is an Olive Garden, and a Red Lobster around there even though you want local non-corporate places.

  2. Most of those local places will have things like burgers on basic bar style food if you are with someone who would enjoy seafood.

I think this is the place we used to go:

Of course, usually when I am in Sandusky, I  am all about riding the roller coasters which is not something you want to have too full of a stomach while doing! :)

  3. I am so sorry, I wish I lived there and could help you out.  I used to live in Thornville, Ohio and East Liverpool, Ohio but now in Fl, well, moving there on the 3rd of april.
