Best localities to live in chennai?

hi

can any one suggest me some best localities to live in chennai. basically,what i mean my best is that, with no water problems and no frequest power cut/voltagedrop problems. few places that i have in mind is numgambakkam,adyar,besant nagar and anna nagar east. please provide your views.

can anyone suggest me a localitiy which has good environment , newly constructed apartments, closer to sriperambur industrial area as also closest to the best of scholls. which are the best schools in ICS and CBSE stream especially for girls.
