    ..

  2. kung fu is really good for that

    and so is eskrima

but those are usually hard to find unless you live in big metropolitan areas

  3. Aikido trains with

    Bokken - (Sword)

    Jo - (Short staff)

    Tanto -(Knife)

  4. Philipino Eskima is all weapons (rattan canes) and they belt the heck out of each other.

Japanese Kendo is all about sword fighting.

Japanese Kyudo is all about using the bow & arrow.

And any complete system of martial arts include weapons training.

  5. Kendo and iaido are also martial arts with weapons.

In Kendo you use a bamboo stick and wear an armour and in iaido you use a sword.

  6. your going to want to join a hapkido or aikido dojang

specializes in gun defense swords nives hand fans sticks small sticks

  7. I don't know about nearby, because I don't know where you live. Some of the best known for weapons are:

    Kali/escrima

    Okinawin Kobudo

Most styles of Kung Fu at higher levels

k*k Sool Wan has weapons also

Some styles of traditional Okinawin karate- again at higher levels

Some TKD and Hapkido schools use weapons also.

Be aware you would be much better off geting a base in empty hand before starting with weapons, and quite honestly today, weapons are mainly trained to keep it alive, rather then realisticly having access to one on the street.

  8. san ryu do just look it up i do a little bit of this its really good.

also most weaponry martial arts have already been posted and there is no best one.

  9. ....Kali is the only legitemate one I can think of, otherwise, don't waste your money if they teach weapons in the 1st year. oh, actually, Kendo is a good one to take....or Iaijutsu if you're patient enough to get to the advanced. amazing precise techniques.
