Tru restaurant in Chicago. It was a 4 hour long degestation with wine pairings, probably about 12 courses, absolutely phenomenal! Fois Gras, a caviar tower, lobster cappuchino, and numerous other courses. Of course, at $175 with wine it had better be good!
