  1. TWO places that come to mind are the A55 bistro on the A55

and the other is the Lemon Tree in Wrexham.

  2. Welsh rarebit in the valley of boyo's

  3. Sheep meat cooked on a bonfire on a beautiful Welsh hillside.

  4. Mcdonalds

  5. The Cherry Pie Inn, Nannerch, (Between Mold & Denbigh) North Wales... Great Food, but even better hospitality... They make everyone feel like an old friend as soon as you arrive.

Also The White Eagle, Rhoscolyn, Anglesey. Has a great rep for the food, but has just undergone a 1 million £ face lift... fantastic views.

Celtic Royal Hotel, Caernarfon... absolutly fantastic 'high end' food, but at less than £20 for a two course meal the best value I have come across for the quality.

  6. never been there before

  7. You never said which part of wales you are talking about.North or South.I Ilive in the North and have eaten out a lot here around Anglesey.oN the West coast of Wales, the  Isle of Anglesey have a few reccomended eating places..The Valley Hotel...The White Eagle The Douglass Inn, But you would have to be more specific as to where in Wales you are thinking on....Food speciality Welsh Lamb,Welsh Rarebit.

  8. The Halfway House, somewhere between Carmarthen and LLandeilo on the A40.

We found it late one night and the food was superb. I've had several meals there since and the prices reflect normal pub grub but the food really is top class restaurant standard.

  9. Welsh lamb cooked by my fabulous Welsh husband with a pint of Welsh bitter.
