am looking for a hair stylist in downtown Vancouver. Nothing over $35. Preferably specializing in Asian hair but this is not necessary! Does anyone have any suggestions??

Men's haircuts are $35 and she gives killer neck massages! She's a total perfectionist... she never lets me out of her chair until my hair is perfect and she always listens to what I say.
