Best method to remove door dings on my 08 Honda Fit

Some t**d slammed their SUV door into my 08 Honda Fit, causing a nice dent in the part of the door when it comes to a "V". What is the best way to get this out without drilling a hole? If somebody has a link that shows how to take the interior door panel off, that would be great.

you should take it to a body shop....any kind of ding that puts a crease in it..will be hard to get out even if you do take the door panel out..and those stupid door dings take hundreds off the trade in value..we got hammered on one that our 06 civic had when we traded it in last month...

If it's in a V you can't pop it out. The metal is creased and will require body work with filler and paint. It's not goingto be cheap.
