  1. My favorite and I think the best is Joe T. Garcias... on the north side of ft worth over by the old stock yard area...NE 23rd st I think.. not exactly sure about the street... Its great .

  2. taco bell

  3. Joe T Garcia's is way over rated. You go there for dinner and you have a grand total of two things to choose from. enchilada or fajita. and then its not that good.

However just down the street from there is a place called El Rancho Grande. They serve some excellent mexican food. I have been going there for over 30 years. It is run by two twin sisters, very nice ladies. I always get the same thing when I go there, the Sampler plate. The first plate is a chalupa, taco and gaucamole. then the next plate has rice, beans tamale and an enchilada. It comes with a glass of tea for 12 bucks.

    The are located at

    1400 N Main St

    Fort Worth, TX 76106

    2201 N. Commerce St.

  7. Joe T Garcia's Mexican Restaurant

    2201 N Commerce St

    Fort Worth, TX 76106

    (817) 626-4356

Excellent tex-mex.  Everything there is great.  Try the fajitas.

  8. Joe T Garcia's is WAY overrated.

Chain restaurants like Cantina Laredo, Uncle Julio's and Mi Cocina are better than Joe's

Try Esparza's in Bedford for really good Tex-Mex.
