Beaches are great in Nov, but you should really take advantage of the fact that the day of the death (dia de muertos) is celebrated in Mexico in early Novemeber. It is quite a nice and traditional celebration. The best place to visit for the "dia de muertos" is Patzcuaro, Michoacan. Trust me, you won't regret it. People decorate their houses and you can actually go in into some of the houses in the island of Janitzio. Totally breathtaking!

But if you want to go to the beach, Manzanillo is great! Not too crowded. You also have the popular spots like Acapulco, Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo, Puerto Vallarta and Cancun (how could I miss that one). These destinations are all gorgeous in their own unique way. And, the weather in November is great. It is kind of nice since it is just after hurricaine season.

if you want to go to beaches, winter is the best time to go

because the weather is great, if you go in the summer time, the weather is horribly hot and there are many people.

but if you go somewhere else, the weather might be very cold, especially in mexico city and north states.

Pacific ocean side-Huatulco,Santa Elena,La entraga ect are Hot in November,not sure about Yucatan,cancun-  they seem to get hurricains around this time(check web for info).

It really depends on what you would like to see and do.The weather in Mexico in November is usually not a factor.

Beaches, mountains, jungle, colonial cities, archaeological sites, Mexico pretty much has it all.A little more information from you would help.
