How should I know?  It depends on what you're using it for.  I do mostly general computing, medium-heavy gaming, and some photography.  My Samsung 226BW is working out pretty well for me.

Try choices from Dell. They offer pretty good display solutions. If that doesn't work for you, go for viewsonic or microsoft.

very easy do not go acer but you could consider dell nove buy samsung but if you want a great monitor in that price range the asus VW222U it is currently at 258 at msy (if your in australia) and this is a 22 inch i have baught it for 2 of my freinds when bulding them gameing computers and is awesome it is just under high defention with a max res of 1600x 1050 anyway enjoy
