Best motherboard for 4870 x2?

hi, im looking for a high quality motherboard for a 4870x2

i do not want to pay extra for 4 slots, because i will never use them.

but i want a chipset that has support for 1600FSB and 4gb-8gb of 1333 ram. why are all AMD chipsets 200mhz?? wouldnt this strangle the link between the PCI-e 2.0 and the CPU??

again, i want high quality motherboard but i dont want to pay extra for 4 PCI-E slots!
