Question:

I am 10 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child, and to my surprise being that I was not with my first, I have been terribly sick. That being said, I am worried about my tooth enamel. I am rinsing with Act, and then brushing afterward. I am doing my best to control my vomiting, but unfortunately, I can barely make it to the restroom sometimes! Does anyone know of the best remedy to protect my teeth while I have "morning" sickness? Thank you for your help!

  1. if i've know being pregnant causing teeth weak i would have full check up and get everything done before .... but too late now, i'm 35 weeks pregnant, and I have so many problem with my tooth lately .... so before anything goes bad, try to brush and floss regulary ...

  2. Well, after throwing-up you should rinse, then brush with a fluoride toothpaste. That will be enough to protect your teeth. It's not like you're a bullimic who throws up all day for years. Those people do irrepairable damage to their teeth.

    Don't worry and good luck!
