i would give blazekin blaze kick bulk up skyuppercut  and bravebird also give him or her leftovers to heal from     brave birds recoil also ev train with atk under veilsone i think on pi carlos.

On metagross teach it zen headbut earthquake meteormash and explosion also ev train attack hope this helps

Blaziken ought to have blaze kick, and sky uppecut, and eathquake. Do not give it flamthrower. Maybe bulk up as well. Brave bird hurts blaziken

Metagross: Meteor mash, eartquake, zen headbutt, exploosion, rest or brick break.
