~ Rock Polish/ Swords Dance

~ Earthquake

~ X-Scissor

~ Rock Slide/ Stone Edge

If you favour attack more than speed, choose Leftovers, Swords Dance, and Stone Edge. This will make Armaldo extremely strong.

If you favour speed more than attack, go with Life Orb, Rock Polish, and Rock Slide. You will be fast enough to take advantage of Rock Slide&#039;s flinch.

♦ Hippowdon @Leftovers

~ Slack Off

~ Roar/ Stealth Rock (Choose Stealth Rock if no one else in your team has it)

~ Crunch

~ Earthquake

♦ Forretress @Leftovers/ Shed Shell

~ Toxic Spikes/ Spikes

~ Gyro Ball/ Earthquake

~ Rapid Spin

~ Explosion

If you aren&#039;t afraid of Magnezone, choose Leftovers along with Gyro Ball. Remember that if you choose Toxic Spikes, you could be activating a Guts boost from Machamp, Heracross, etc.
