Best night teeth guard (for grinding)?

I recently discovered that the source of my aching jaw in the morning was due to me constantly grinding my teeth while asleep. My roommate informed me of this after he stayed up all night listening to that dreadful noise. Whats the best night teeth guard currently out on the market?

Sounds like you having the start of TMJ in your jaw. Get yourself to the dentist and he can tell. Does your jaw click once in awhile when you open your mouth? That is the beginning sign. But go to the drugstore first and ask the Pharmacist what is the best thing to stop grinding your teeth. And, The more expensive may not be the best, so go with something that you can afford and helps the problem.
