I am traveling to the UK for one month... I want to see Scotland, England, and Ireland.... WHat do I HAVE TO see? What are your favorites? Is Waes necessary to visit? Please list cities with their attractions... I am confused with all of the regions of England- are their any that really don't need to be visited? I would like to visit at least one beach... Here are some things I would like to do: Stratford Upon Avon, London (of course) Althorp (Princess Di), castles (love that), Shakespeare COuntry, cathedrals, Waterford (in Ireland) and MUCH more... I will be traveling next summer.

I would very much appreciate answers in much depth as possible.

THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME TO HELP ME!! :)

  1. It would take you longer than a month to do a tour of England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland. Ireland is a separate island away from England. England has got plenty of beauty spots. For example London has got the culture of the Big Ben, the London Eye, Westminster Abbey, London Bridge, Covenant garden etc.. Cornwall has got fantastic beaches..

Scotland is extremely beautiful. Uquahart Castle by Loch ness is picturesque. The Kyle of Lochalshe is also scenic.

Wales has also got some lovely beaches.

Swallow falls at Betws-y-coed is lovely..

  2. there is the London eye and big Ben if you go to westmailling there is a little village it looks like a doll house

wales is beautiful especially the beaches

  3. what a question !! ... do you seriously expect a thorough answer ... it would take me several hours to respond and by then I'd have written a book ... I suggest you do more research on the UK as a whole and tailor your questions to more specific points

I also cringe at your dismissive attitude towards Wales as if it were not an integral part of understanding the history of our islands
