Best of Websites? User Reviewed and Category?

I'm looking for a website that ranks websites by subject. In other words, if I were looking for a photoshop website, where could I go to find a list of relevant websites (maybe even ranked by the community?) and a quick description of each site. Maybe even one that reviews each site - kinda like a yelp for websites.

No idea, but typing what you're looking for into Google and clicking the first three or four links (ie, the most popular) is a pretty good way of finding what you want.
