Larry Johnson was terrible when he played last year and that injury really slowed him down. He isn't very explosive even when he is healthy.  He looked good back before the chiefs great o-linemen retired, but now not so much.  

Gore will have no help in san francisco this year.

Same for Lynch in Buffalo.

I like Portis out of this group.

Contrary to the others in this thread, I don't have much faith in Larry Johnson.  He really looks like he is worn out and I think he will be done very soon.  The other three, however, have much fresher legs.

Here's the order I like them:

Frank Gore - Especially in PPR.  Mike Martz has already said the offense will run through him.  Their O-line is improving and Gore has already put up some good numbers in his young career.

Clinton Portis - Simply money.  Reliable guy with a great offensive line.  Count on him for 1400 yards and 12 TDs easy.

Marshawn Lynch - If he can stay out of trouble, he will be a stud.

Larry Johnson - Age, injuries are catching up with him.  Terribly offensive line and no passing game to speak of makes him a scary option in fantasy.
