The best FREE site is www.golflink.com   If you create a profile they will track your scores and courses they also have tutorial videos. You can also find all kinds of courses near you that you never knew were there. Every time you play you just find the course and record a round. Once you get to five rounds they'll track your handicap round-by-round. I love it, you should check it out.
