I want to know a reliable site with the best prices. Preferably, shipping would be the cheapest to Toronto, Canada so I can get the least price possible.

Pullipstyle is the best in my opinion.  Their dolls are some of the lowest priced around, and shipping is very reasonable-it's $10 for one doll to Canada.  

I've bought from them lots-they're reliable.
