I uploaded some pictures to the Kodax Gallery and had them sent to my mom.  She told me that she was impressed by the quality of the photos and it's not that expensive.  But that's the only place I've tried so far.

Walgreens usually has great prints. So does Rite-Aid.

I really like winkflash.com. I do freelance work and order most all of my prints from there. They have fun features for the novice and everything from wallets to posters available. When you go to the shopping cart, go to photo options and choose matte finish for all your prints for that more professional look.
