Best otc medicine for gas/air in your stomach?

i have incredibly unbearable pains in my stomach. I keep going to the bathroom. i took tums and immodium. what are the best medicines i can buy otc to rid my self of this? thank you

If your pain is truly "unbearable" you need to go to a doctor.  Gas pains are short lived and travel and don't last very long, especially if you lie down on your stomach for a bit.  It sounds like you have something else entirely.  You could be causing serious damage to you stomach.
