You just need some time clicking and reading but that should help answer your question.

My personal preference is Cleveland golf when it comes to wedges but I've never used the CG11 Black.

  2. Definitely go for nike. They are some awesome lively clubs with plenty spin on demand. And hey, If it works for Tiger....

  3. Get the Titliest Vokey spin milled. These are heavier than the rest but they spin the most. I would get the 56 with a lot of bounce like 12 degrees for sand shots. Get the 60 with like 6 degrees so you can play the old flop shot.

  4. Get the cleveland wedges. Cleveland golf makes the best wedges.

  5. Well that lisy seems to sum up the best wedges made huh? Mostly all of these wedeges will give you consistent results. You would like any of them after consistent practice with them. For my money though I would buy the Mizunos. I play Cleveland right now and they are good. They're just wedges but they are good. I play a 54 and a 60 CG10 Black Pearl 2dot. Medium-high type of bounce on these wedges but then again I play a little creative around the greens. If you like wedges that do one thing then you should go with something with a low bounce. If you are a flopper and a spin sand player then I would say high bounce. If you are an earth shaker if you take huge uncontrolled divots then get a low bounce on them. But here's the best way to do it. Call around to the pro shops at the courses in your area and ask which clubs they have to demo. Then once you know go there and play a round and ask to demo the club. That's what I did. That's why the next time I buy a new wedge it will be the Mizuno MP-R. That's the best way to know is to play with it. But do this at a course with a range(and use it) so you can get a feel for the club first. Those are the type of results you can base decisions on. Don't go out cold and hit weird shots with the club because you won't like any club if you do that.

  6. Mizuno MP-R

    not nike

  7. Clubs are different for each player.  I would go to Golfsmith.com and find the store nearest you.  Here you can hit each club to see which one best fits your game.  Never buy clubs because of what other people tell you, try them out and make the decision for yourself.  The people that work at GS are highly trained in the golf industry, and will help you choose if you like.  Good luck!

  8. I am a Cleveland wedge golfer myself. Every Cleveland wedge I have ever owned has treated me very well.

I had the privilege of playing a round in a tournament yesterday with the Callaway X-20 Tour Set (3-PW, LW, SW). I may be switching to them in the near future. They we're heavier than the Cleveland wedges and seemed to have increased accuracy and spin.

I would go to your local golf shop - and get fitted for clubs, and go from there.
