Best outdoor vacations, february - mid may?

anywhere in the world!

looking for some beautiful outdoor vacations

maybe some place to hike (nothing extreme),

maybe see the northern lights?

suggestions please!

I've loved every trip to Ireland.  In western Ireland, there are some great easy hikes with wonderful views.  The food is great, they speak English (for the most part) and the music is awesome

Well, there won't be any northern lights but Costa Rica is hard to beat for an outdoor vacation.  It's still affordable too.
