Best over the counter sleeping pills?

Are there any over the counter sleeping pills, if there are, which ones are the best? I am just planning to use these for midterms and finals.

Most over the counter pills are just Benadryl in one form or another.  They will make you drowsy and will only work for a week or ten days.  Try getting some Melatonin from the supplement counter.  Your body produces it to sleep anyway.  3mg is about right.  It won't make you drowzy and isn't addictive.

Tylenol PM, but only if you have pain keeping you awake. Over-the-counter may be the right idea, I take prescription sleep medication, very addictive!!! I am trying to get off of them. Hey, I have heard that about what shion said about Benedryl, it worked great for a good friend of mine.

CVS  Nightime.   50mg dipenhydramine.

Just buy cheap.  Ingredients are all the same.

Same as pricier stuff like sominex ultragels. Same dosage.

Do not use Benadryl or Tylenol to help you fall asleep.That is abusing the drug.

Melatonin and Valerian root supplements are both used to get a good nights sleep.

I have only used melatonin and I can say for myself that it helped me get a good nights rest.

never take them, i work with heavy machinery... i saw a freind die from using then pills... bad accident due to drouzyness, try hot milk or something, maybe a joint.

The best over the counter sleeping pills, Benedryl i mean sure it is an allergy medicine but they work as sleeping pills because it is supposed to make you drowsy.
