Best payday advance is an oxymoron.

It doesn't exist.

A payday advance is a potentially usurious transaction that  benefits the lender and cripples the borrower.

It should be avoided at all costs.  Traditional lending methods are kinder and gentler to the borrow.

There is no "best payday advance".  Stay away from pay day lenders at all costs

I agree with #2. Those are predatory lenders, with astonishly high interest rates. Tough it out until payday at all costs.
