Best performance headers?

What are the best performance headers i should get for my Ford 302 V8.

Some that give you really good performance but help a bit with the emissions.

Also, whats the difference between shortys and longtubes or some $hit like that? If i want better, i guess street performance. From stop sign to street light, you know?

Its a Ford 302 with a Holley 4bbl 600cfm carb and a Edelbrock 302 Performer Intake manifold. In case it helps to know what the engine has.

defiantly hooker long tube more torque and a great sound

headman or hooker, makes about the best ones out their right now,i have those on my truck and they do excellent,and they are affordable,if you get any at all get the ceramic coated ones,they do real good, and id go with long tube they seem to give less problems,good luck
