Best place for a date?

What do you think would be a good place for a first date with a girl? Should it be with a small group of close friends, or alone; just the 2 of us?

The first date should always be just you two. Movies and dinner of coarse, but the best best palce ever is Disneyland! or any amusment park...if she likes rollercoasters. But even the non extreme ones are fun for first dates!
