Best place for a party?

my daughters turning 13, she wants a more sofisticated party this year, she wants 20-30 guests, and the party to go into the night ie(4pm-11pm).

i dont want it too be very expensive, resonable cost.

the place should be located in mahattan, NY or brooklyn, NY.

ps. NO bowling, movies, ice skating, sleepovers, etc.

p.p.s. i was thinking a 3 hour limo party around mahattan.

Your child is ONLY 13....limos around Manhattan?!?!?!??  Have a party at your house, where you can watch over them,,,,IF you have the time....remember your "chids" age.....And we wonder why our kids grow up so fast and get into trouble...like adults..

limo's are for your sweet 16! not teenybopper 13. why dont you get them an all day pass to like an amusement park or something..kids stuff!

How about looking into a tour bus? (like the ones used to take groups to sporting events)

One great advantage, they have restroom facilities. Other points to consider, you can bring aboard food and drinks, you can decorate the inside, prepare a custom route, pick up and drop off party goers at their homes, (parents would love that!), and the whole group is together in one place instead of several limos.
