I'll be in NY this week and my fiance is flying over to be with me. It's a pre-anniversary travel and I want to end it with a simple but sweet brunch (if anybody knows the Half Day Cafe in CA, something simple and quiet like that) after all the hustle and bustle of days going to tourist spots. I heard Serendipity Cafe is super crowded so I crossed it of my list. I'm looking for affordable too. Hopefully less than $20 per entree. Please not the cruise brunch, my fiance is seasick.

  1. Well I am not really sure because I don't live where you live so I do not know places to eat where you live. Sorry, I would tell you if I knew. Good luck anyways :)

  2. I'd recommend Sarabeth's Kitchen or Friend of a Farmer.

  3. Balthazar

80 Spring St, between Broadway and Crosby St

    SoHo

Not brunch but a 'power breakfast' - brunch is only on weekends.

    Sarabeth's Kitchen

    423 Amsterdam Ave

    Upper West Side, more casual.
