Best place for a sunny holiday in November?

I want something with a bit of a tropical feel - quiet white beaches etc but not too expensive, or busy, and not in the middle of a monsoon season! Any recommendations?

Thailand or anywhere in south east Asia, i went backpacking to thailand, nam, malaysia, and cambodia in november best time to go there apparently.Thailand and malaysia have some of the best beaches in the world i reckon.
