Best place for fall colours in New England?

I'm going to Mass. in late October/Early November where will I find the best fall colours at that time?

The Notch in New Hampshire is beautiful in Sept/Oct. , The colors are great.  Living here we take it for granted.

Any moutain area is nice i have a house in vermont and i am moving to maine. Vermont is so pretty in the fall but dont go to late, the foliage starts earlier than other places. I am not sure what maine is like but i hear the fall is also beautiful

The Fall Foliage Tours are normally from Sept. 25th through Oct. 30th.  It depends on how much rain each area has for that year and how cold it gets, as to the time to see the colors.  I prefer the Green and White Mountains,
