Best place for vacation planning?

Question

I wanna take my boyfriend to Las Vegas as a surprise for his birthday, and I want to start doing research now so when the time comes to book the trip I know what I'm doing! Does anyone know of a good place I could go for ticket/hotel prices?

Go to Hotels.com! Best deal right now, plus they are offering gift cards for booking.  Las Vegas probably has the cheapest rates for rooms that is. If you like to gamble than you may get yourself in trouble, unless you are a lucky charm.  Try MGM, their prices are pretty cheap at times and even The Orleans although it is not on the strip, but the hotel is super clean and they have a cute small club indoors and at times you may even run into a celebrity there like we have and they also have this awesome italian-seafood restaurant inside!

My favorite place to check things out is www.tripadvisor.com Frankly, I'm not sure you can book hotels there, but you can read all the travelers' reviews and suggestions for things to do in the area.  It's a great source!
