Best place in Costa Rica ?

does any one knows the best place to build a theme park in Costa Rica?

where there are low crime rate, good economy, kind popular, good climate, less natural disaster, and not too crowded

and of course, nice tourism area

oh and beside, can anyone give opinion about the city Buenos Aires in Argentina?

is it also a good place to build a theme park

and plz tell me anything that's bad about Buenos Aires

i would like to know anything that's bad,

Best place to build a theme park is Belen in Santa Ana as it is flat and close too many places as well as spacious.

My favorite places in Costa Rica include (Tamarindo, Arenal Hot Springs, Monte Verde, The Waterfalls).
