Best place in thailand????

Question

i am trying to organise a holiday with my boyfriend. where would be the best area and hotel to stay at. i want somewhere close to shopping centres but still close to the ocean for kayaking and other water sports. if u have been to thailand or know someone who has and if u could give me some suggestions it would be great. also tell me some other good activities you did in thailand. thanks!

You could consider going to both Bangkok and Phuket. You could totally satisfied your shopping addiction at Bangkok because lots of things are sold there and it's very cheap. Phuket is not a bad choice for couple to go too. You guys coulld relax on the beautiful beach and at night, you could go to Patong beach for partying. Besides, the water activities at Phuket is really fun and inteersting. You could refer to the following link to have a more details.
