The best place is in Montreal, you can go to metro station (subway) McGill or Peel  there you'll fine about 3 diffrents malls it's a little bit expensive but you can find everything in there. If you are thinking in something more cheap you can go to Marche Central you'll find about 60 diffrents stores and the most af them have soldes all the year:

you go the metro station Acadie, and then take the bus 179 north direction untill the streets L'acadie and Chabannel
