Do some research.  Stay away from Bose.  Do a search on avsforum.com and read what the audiophiles have to say about Bose.  "No highs, no lows, must be Bose".

Before you buy - find at least 2 magazines or websites that have reviewed the Bose speakers.   You may find that the Bose marketing department has fooled you.

If you really want small speakers, check out Anthony Gallow speakers. These round, softball sized speakers have gotten good reviews and have been on "Stereophiles" recommended list for a number of years.
