Best place to buy a jacket?

I'm loooking for a jacket (hooded) and I was wondering if anyone had gotten one for cheap somewhere, (like under $20)

or you got a really high quality one for uner $40

I actually found some very nice ones at Bluenotes and at Bootlegger. If not a very popular place is WINNERS

Abercrombie & Fitch has some nice jackets in Stock, I'm not sure if there in your price range but there great quality...
