Hi I think that the biggest choice of the english specialistic books is in Fnac at Les Halles (only this Fnac, I've been in other ones, but thiers choice is rather limited).

You can get easy to Les Halles. You need to go to Châtelet-Les Halles metro station. Take metro 1, 4, 7, 11 and 14 or RER A,B and D. You will get out directly under the Les Halles shopping mall.

I would definitely look online too like on priceminister or amazon.com

Shipping them from the UK or the USa might even be cheaper..Usually such niche market products  especially foreign are always super expensive in France.

but yets gilbert jeune, la fnac, and the american book store near Opera (Brantano's) could be good place to check out.
