A decently priced place that isn't too loud.  Good conversation and a casual atmosphere will go far in getting comfortable w/ each other.

if she's like the crazy, wild, outgoing, fun type that loves parties and stuff like that maybe some place like Red Robin but if shes' more of the quiet, peaceful, kind of type then maybe some place like Olive Garden

not fast food that is obvious go to a nice quiet place if ur realy stumped ask her also try bensi it is ausome

IMHO,  you want her to talk to and with you, to converse.  You also want her to know you think she is special and you went that extra mile other guys haven't.

So, ask her friends, find out where she has been wanting to dine, or where her favorite place is located, etc.

I also find a picnic (that I prepared) also lead to lots of conversation.   Once she finds out you can cook a bit, and can plan a date, she should be impressed.  Especially if the date is centered on her joy, not yours.
