Best place to do Master in Business Finance in Singapore.?

Which is the best place to do Master in Business Finance in Singapore?

By the way I am 30 years with a Degree in Civil Engineering (Got it from the University of Melbourne)

Would financial institutions (For examples; Private Banking.....Bank..............Financial analyst) employ people like me a fresh Master in Finance at the age of around 32~34?

The latest govt university is Singapore Management University, but they have a very high requirement for their candidates. Alot of interviews etc. and the school fees w/o subsidies can be pretty high much higher than the other 2 (National University of Singapore / Nanyang Technological University) govt university properly bec its the newest and right smack in the town. other than that there is also private institution like AMPI. Am not sure abt your 2nd query. good luck :)
