I have been using www.travelocity since 2000 and I have never had a problem with them. Everything goes very smoothly and their prices are usually the lowest or very close to the lowest available. Some times orbitz, priceline, or expedia are a bit lower, but the difference is minimal.

All this is assuming you are in the U.S.
