Best place to get a burger , not the golden arches type in sydney.?

There is this little burger joint in Chatswood / Willoughby area which was voted the best burger in Sydney by 104.1 2Day FM.  The place is really small and it looks like an ordinary takeout place. Yet the burger is awesome and reasonably priced.  I dont have contact details of this place but it is somewhere along Victoria Avenue, Chatswood.  Bear in mind that Victoria Ave starts at the Chatswood mall and goes all the way through to Willoughby. It is NOT where all the shops are.  In fact it is closer to Willoughby and it's right in the residential area.  

Otherwise, try MunchTime in Chatswood Chase food court, down the basement.  Their fries are awesome!
