Best place to get ice cream in London?

I will be visiting you guys in a couple of weeks and I will need ice cream and fish and chips right away! LOL Thanks!

  1. Nobody eats fish & chips anymore love .. too expensive for one thing .. and kebabs are tastier.

    McDonalds sells the softest ice cream .. use the toilet while you're there too.

    You're only forty years out of date .. catching up fast.


  2. Marine Ices in Chalk Farm for icecream, you cannot beat it and as for fish and chips Toffs in Muswell Hill has got to be the one.

  3. Two places I love to eat Ice Cream are Marine Ices in Chalk Farm just up the road from Camden Market, been going a long time and still really good, their Sorbets are often better than their Ice cream, but their Coconut Ice Cream is really good. the other place is the new Patisserie Valerie Gelataria in the Kings Road, Chelsea, it is in the new Duke of York's Square development, Most of their Ice cream is fantastic. I also love to eat their cakes at the Old Compton Street, W1 Branch - you just drool when you look in the window, service looks haphazard but is usually quite good
