  1. Yes, right i n the middle. But why on the chest? Try out the liver. This is much more effective.

  2. The chest is a great place to hit. But you do know it can even kill if hit with enough power and the right position. Maybe even try the liver, thats a great spot. The first and only time i hit the canvas was at an amateur competition. The guy got me right in the middle of the chest when i was puffing like crazy. It brought me to my knees without me even knowing and i couldnt beathe. It is the most effective part of the body to wind someone. But is really hard to get a good shot at. No skilled boxer stands to get knocked out, they are always ready to counter-attack by breaking your jaw.

  3. Punching someone directly in the heart can bring them to there knees and cause their heart to skip a beat

  4. where the stomache and chest meet. knocks the wind out every time. especially if they are exhaling at the time.

  5. The middle of the chest will take his lungs away. Try hitting right on the sternum, this is the weakest spot on the chest. Try hitting in the liver too, sometimes juste a little punch on the right spot can make your opponent take a knee...

  6. Right in the middle.

  7. just how big a chest are we talking about here, usually there is only one place to hit a person in the chest unless you are trying to hit Dolly Parton or something ...... is very hard to knock someone down by hitting them in the chest unless they are a pansy... Sneak Attack when hes not looking is probably the best bet.   but most people dont stand still and give you a target to hit so be careful he or she doesnt pop you in the mouth while you are trying to hit them in the chest
