Best place to hold a group reunion?

I am in charge of arranging a reunion for my ol tutor group about 25 of us? And i have no idea what kind of place to hold it. Was thinking a local park and have a picnic but that depends on the weather. It can't be somewhere where i have to book and pay we just want to ge together for a few hours with our old tutor teacher. Have no idea where the best type of place is for it!

Help please! I'ts going to be within the next few weeks.

Well, not knowing where you are, I'd have to say any public place where 25 people can meet and talk for a few hours. A restaurant? How about a bowling alley? Is there an art gallery near you, with a cafe?
