Kerala, Karnataka are the best destinations to be at when its raining. Goa is good too especially if your idea of holidaying in monsoon includes sitting idle in a shack opposite the beaches and sipping on wine and reading some books...Karanataka and Kerala are more like serene, natural, scenic and green during monsoon so you will have a nice time especially if you are travelling with your loved ones in a rented car..Some places in Kerala are Ashtamudi, Poovar, Thekkady, and some places worth visiting in Karnataka during monsoon are coorg, madikeri, gokarna !
